Jackson Hole Bride | Kim Atkinson {Part 02}

I loved this winter wedding… I arrived at the Four Seasons around 4:45pm on December 06, 2008. The moment I walked to take a sneak peak at Kim and Craig’s reception room, I was blown away! The florals were designed by the talented Ian Whipple – they were phenomenal! There after, I ran upstairs to capture Kim in her gorgeous Monique Lhuillier dress. Her dress was like a dream. Romantic and soft… Her shoes were perfect and by my favorite shoe designer, Kate Spade (as seen in part 01). It was dark by 5pm, so I had to improvise with the lighting. I love the portrait of her in her dress sitting on the bed. Kim was so at ease…

The Four Seasons has renovated the terrace room just off the ballroom. It is a full fledged “room” now with lovely carpet – perfect for an intimate winter wedding. Tom Jordan officiated the ceremony, and Keith Phillips performed all the lovely ceremony music – Kim walked down the aisle to Canon in D.

From there I photographed the bride and groom all over the hotel space. There were lovely Christmas trees throughout the interior so we took full advantage of them. The trees were Kim’s idea and I love the warmth they provided.

The reception was lovely. No details were missed.
