Vendor Spotlight | Fotobox

Photographer: Fotobox by Taylor Glenn

Photo booths are all the rage now for weddings. They are a ton of fun and a great way to capture all the people joining in your celebration. Finally Jackson Hole has its very own photo booth service! Taylor Glenn Photography presents Fotobox, Jackson Hole’s original mobile photo booth. Fotobox is a modern twist on the traditional photo booth machine. The entire mechanism is housed in a compact and sleek pair of boxes which can be setup just about anywhere. Now any location can become your ‘booth’. Fotobox is extremely simple to use, just press the start button and let the fun begin. Fotobox’s high quality printer outputs your photos in about 20 seconds after your session is complete. It will print strips like a traditional photo booth or choose a custom layout option. The prints can also be customized with text and graphics to make them as unique as your event. Instead of a guestbook, use Fotobox to capture your guests’ images and have them paste prints into a scrapbook with hand written messages. Fotobox also saves the images in hi-res digital files which will be delivered to you on a disc after your event.

Fotobox rental includes the following:

Unlimited photos and printing
Personalized photo strips. Add graphics, your event date, etc…
A disc of all your image files
Online gallery of images available within 12 hours after your party
And a lovely attendant to ensure everything runs smoothly
(Travel and setup within the valley included)

Vendor Spotlight | Gild the Lily Too

Florist: Sarah Seymour of Gild the Lily Too

We’ve got our sights set on creating the most beautiful and vivid fresh floral arrangements for weddings here in Jackson Hole. Sarah Seymour-Neeb, founder of Gild the Lily Too, got her start in a retail shop over ten years ago and immediately found a passion for working with flowers. Later, that passion morphed into a love of working with brides, helping them to create the most memorable day of their lives.

Recognizing that each wedding is different, we design the flowers around the unique style and personality of each couple; some are modern, traditional, whimsical, or western. The most rewarding part of this job is the gratitude and inspiration that comes from working closely with each bride and groom. The wedding day has energy like no other and we love to be a part of it.

Vendor Spotlight | Taylor Glenn

Photographer: Taylor Glenn

Since 2003, destination wedding photographer Taylor Glenn has provided services in Jackson Hole and locations abroad. Great portraiture, documentary photography, and fine art, give depth to Taylor’s editorial style. Creative, thoughtful, whimsical and poetic best describe Taylor’s approach in creating a wedding album to last a lifetime.

Wedding photography has evolved to become a real art form and is a great opportunity to provide fresh and exciting ideas for imagery. My influences span many genres and styles. Most of all I find the greatest photographs result from close collaboration with my clients. Great planning and communication ahead of your wedding day is essential to the process. There is nothing more fulfilling than when the event unfolds and the pictures begin to reveal themselves. I love this job!

Taylor Glenn Photography is now offering a new mobile photo booth concept called Fotobox. Stay tuned for the posting about this great new service for weddings and events!

Vendor Spotlight | Kisa Koenig

Photographer: Kisa Koenig

In short, I love what I do! And shooting weddings is the ultimate satisfaction for me. It is one of the biggest days of many people’s lives and it’s a unique gathering of families and friends; a day on which so many memories are made. I feel honored to be the one to document this incredibly important occasion and I take that responsibility to heart. There are so many emotions and events unfolding throughout a wedding, I try to capture as much of that as possible. But I’m also in love with details! I know how much time is put into every detail of a wedding, and I make sure none of it is forgotten. I’ve been doing this for about 10 years now so you know you are in good hands. I come from a big family. I’m a mother, a wife, an artist…and a person who truly loves what I do.

Stop on over to my blog to see all the daily happenings in my world.

Vendor Spotlight | Snake River Band

Musician: Phil Round & The Snake River Band

As a professional musician and band leader in Jackson Hole for more than two decades, I’ve accumulated a lot of experience in the area of providing music for both wedding receptions and ceremonies.  I can honestly say that the Snake River Band has always felt it to be a privilege to be a part of the festivities for a wedding party.  At times I’ve felt honored and moved to witness the eloquence and heartfelt sentiments of family members and friends.  There have been countless wonderful wedding receptions and parties in my experience where everyone went away happy, if not ecstatic.

Phil Round, founding member of the international touring group Loose Ties and leader of The Snake River Band, studied at the Berklee College of Music and has been the owner of Snake River Music Agency (a live music booking agency) in Jackson Hole for over 25 years.

Phil was a Guest Spot on I Do! Jackson Hole in March 2009. Read more about Phil, The Snake River Band, and The Band’s Perspective

I’m passionate about photography and capturing those “Fairy Tale Moments”.

A mixture of visual design mixed with photography techniques contribute to my work and the stunning imagery that I capture.  I have over 10 years of experience shooting weddings and travel from Wyoming, Idaho, Washington & Hawaii to capture memories for couples.  I go into each wedding humbly and with great respect for the fact that I’m documenting a lifetime memory not only for the couple but for their friends and family who have all shared in the experience.

Photography is not just a job for me it’s my passion and that shows in my work.

Watermelon Martini

Here is a martini recipe from a 2009 Jackson Hole bride. Perfect for a summer wedding!

5 c. cubed seedless watermelon
1/2 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lime
2 c. water
1 1/2 c vodka

Process watermelon and sugar in a blender until smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed. Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher, discarding solids. Stir in the lime juice, water, and vodka. Chill until ready to serve. Serve directly over ice or shaken with ice and strained. Must be very cold when served.
