Fotobox Feature!

Taylor Glenn who operates the fun photo booth option known as Fotobox sent this post on to me a couple weeks ago.

“Morgan and Sage tied the knot this past July 4th weekend here in Jackson.  When one of Morgan’s friends suggested that she find a photo booth and get a little more creative with her guestbook, she tracked the Fotobox down at jacksonholephotobooth.com.  We put together a scrap book and provided glue sticks and sharpie pens so her guests could paste one copy of their Fotobox strips into the book and write a message to the B&G.  It came together so well. Morgan and Sage are thrilled!  This is a great way to use Fotobox and bring a little something more to a wedding party. And since it was July 4th we had to throw Old Glory up for the background.  It looked great!!!

DIY Save-The-Date Inspiration

Taylor Glenn Photography provided this post today about a unique DIY Save-the-Date card from one of his upcoming clients.

I opened my mail today and found this great card from Lyndsey and Ryan who will be getting married this September here in Jackson. I thought it was a really great piece so I asked her where she got the inspiration for this:

I bought that WPA postcard from the visitor’s center at the park when we were there in January. I immediately thought of it when I knew we were doing the wedding in January. It wasn’t too hard to find similar typefaces to customize it for our Save the Date, and then add the wedding couple. Easy & fast- exactly what we needed!”

They have also provided their guests with a great blog for info on their big weekend: http://gicemottlwedding.blogspot.com/

Vendor Spotlight | Hannah Hardaway

Photographer: Hannah Hardaway

Hannah Hardaway’s portrait and wedding photography is clean and refreshing. Her honest approach to bringing out the joy in life and in people reflects her background in narrative, documentary storytelling. Having traveled extensively in the world, both as a professional skier and as a lover of life and adventure, Hannah thrives in just about any environment with ease and magnetism. She lives by a cup-half-full way of being, and naturally sees the light in people and brings out the natural beauty and magic in everything – from the ordinary to the extraordinary. Her photography is both romantic and vibrant, while humble and natural.

“For me it’s about the little moments, the in-between spaces that tell the story. It’s the emotions of the day, the people who share in it, the relationships, and the details that make the character of each wedding unique and special. As the day unfolds, I capture the beauty of it all with minimal directing and instead focus on highlighting and enhancing the celebration.  My objective is to put people at ease in front of the camera and make the photography of the event a fun part of the whole experience.”
